The bespoke Brown St Residence in Sydney’s Inner West illustrates a perfect harmony between warm, natural materials and an industrial-inspired architectural style.

Running down the internal corridors, the Titanium downlights accentuate the concrete floors, exposed brick and wooden slats, honouring material as an integral part of the overall design aesthetic.
The Switch downlights are multi-functional. Atop the kitchen bench, the Switch emits perfect task lighting. Taking advantage of the 350° rotation and tiltable up to 90°, the Switch also provided directional illuminance and accent for kitchen shelving.
Discreetly hidden under the cabinets, the Eclipse linear light subtly renders an even wash of warm light, adding focal points to the space. Opposite the kitchen is the dining and living area. The Eclipse’s indirect illumination across the wall and exposed ceiling beams, gently lights the entire space, creating the cosiest atmosphere.
For wayfinding in the garden walkway, the Onyx Wall Light ensure safe navigation while complementing Brown St Residence’s dark and industrial-style exterior.
Built for comfort, Brown St Residence is a unique project created to demonstrate the potential of merging architectural sophistication, builders craft and interior curation as one.
