Cult shopping centre brand, DFO created great excitement in Perth when it opened its doors in October. The $150 million development jointly funded by Vicinity Centres and Perth Airport Pty Ltd now spans over 24,000sqm and houses 113 specialty retailers, restaurants and cafes.
With lighting supplied by Mondoluce, Unios were proud to contribute to this eagerly anticipated development. The innovative retail hub set a new design benchmark for DFO, shaping the relationship between customers and retail brands.
Staying true to shopping centre trends, the Aeon Flex Series has been utilised to complement sweeping lines of architecture and layered intricacy within the large build.
With Unios products featured throughout, the lighting theme runs consistently throughout the centre. Our Titanium Surface Mounted Downlight illuminates between open ceiling structures, accompanied by the Kobe Track Light to create a contemporary and functional aesthetic for shoppers.
Utilised in bathrooms, the Helix Wall Light presents its slim profile to gel with the dynamic design scheme. With a double adjustable arm which can independently rotate up to 350°, light can project in all desired directions. Resting above, the Titanium Surface Mounted Downlight creates a soft and ambient illumination for the bathroom.
The Perth centre, located on Dunreath Drive near Perth Airport, also features our Titanium G2 Downlight, Slotter, Apex and Switch Downlight throughout various locations of the centre.
