Rather than a conventional “corporate” layout, EnergyAustralia’s office adopted an open structure to maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, making it the ideal working environment. Running a consistent theme of agility and inclusion, EnergyAustralia’s Melbourne office takes advantage of small-scale workspaces that are perfect for autonomous focus yet spacious enough for collaboration between team members. Suspended atop each space is the Akira, providing a sufficient light source for task lighting. With its white finish and minimal exterior, the Akira fits seamlessly into the design and interior fit-outs.
To ensure the safety of the team moving between floors, the Aeon Flex is recessed into the handrails. With the light source hidden, the Aeon Flex emits a gentle spread of indirect light that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing in creating safe pathways.
