In the iconic Martin Place building (formerly the MLC Centre) in Sydney CBD resides HDR Sydney Design Studio, a collaborative workplace driven by creativity, comfort and productivity.
HDR Sydney Design Studio embraces sustainability and collaborativeness in every fabric of its build. Stepping into the office, one will notice the sustainable materials, repurposed furniture and low-VOC products featured wherever possible. In addition, collaborative desks, sample rooms and design review spaces can be seen throughout the office for ease of access and teamwork. These considerations, among many, have secured the office the Gold WELL Health-Safety rating.

Guiding occupants from the entrance and through the collaborative working spaces is the Titanium Downlight. Mounted on the ceiling, the luminaire in textured white meets general lighting requirements and beautifully aligns with the office’s industrial aesthetics. Simultaneously, the LX Infinity Opal renders a uniform and cool light across the space, assisting with focus, productivity and creativity.
A series of Kobe Track Lights illuminate the design idea boards and meeting room entrances. The luminaire’s white finish effortlessly blends in with the white industrial ceiling. Comes with multiple beam angles and an excellent CRI rating, the Kobe is a perfect option for illuminating the design idea boards, where colour quality is of great importance. Tracing around the ceiling of HDR Sydney Design Studio’s meeting rooms is Unios’ Aeon Flex. The luminaire delivers a consistent lighting effect with its dot-free illumination and flexibility in installation, meeting accent lighting needs.
