Along the banks of the ancient Co Lo river, the 5-star X2 Hội An Villas project is Vietnam’s very first LOTUS-certified property.
LOTUS is based on established building physics science to evaluate the environmental performance from a whole building perspective, over a building’s life cycle. Lighting is of primary importance in and outside the residences. The Titaniums not only provide task lighting but softly blend into the surrounds. The Eclipse Linear Light features in the kitchen areas. Some luminaires, such as the Tourmaline Wall Lights, are used to bring focus to the natural materials. Throughout the villas, the lighting adds another layer of design and brings soul into the space. On the exterior of the building, there are Zerons mounted on the stone walls and Emerald Inground.
