Located in Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, Newtecons Tower was built to create a comfortable working environment that facilitates employees’ creativity. With this in mind, the new office building is all one can dream of in a fully-facilitated workplace: high-class architectural style, advanced technology, sustainable materials, and multiple easy-access facilities.
Lighting up the lobby is Unios’s Aeon Flex Linear, Particle and Switch Downlight series; each works wonders in highlighting the spaciousness of the area and the unique architecture of the place. Then, the reception area welcomes visitors with the soft lighting from the FX Wallwasher, a strategic installation to create high-class and comforting aesthetics. The Eclipse, in particular, not only lights up the way to the lift but also adds a unique touch to the tower’s entrance.
The series of Titanium Suspended Starlights illuminates the lift area and effectively creates a consistent minimal and high-end aesthetics. Under the ambient light of the Titanium Suspended Downlight, the cafeteria follows the comforting vibe and vividly highlights each seating.
The VIP dining room embraces visitors in a warm ambience that exudes sophistication and class. Illuminating the whole space is the Eclipse and Particle Downlight duo. In addition, the Titanium Suspended Starlights accentuate the main dining areas, effectively emphasising this focal point of the room.
