A newly finished project by Chindarsi Architects showcases a contemporary, loft-style residence in North Perth.
The residence, situated with an uninterrupted view of Hyde Park boasts triangulated raking ceilings, high-level glazing and an assortment of Unios products to complement each design feature within the home.
Through the main entrance of the home, the Axis Track Light presents a modern aesthetic and versatile illumination. It’s compact and sleek design makes this a dynamic attribute to the home. With adjustable track positioning and a rotating lens head, the Axis is equally adept as an accent light on featured artwork or can apply a downlight when directed downwards.
Amongst the open planned living space, we meet the Titanium G2 Downlight. Providing a precise performance and refined design throughout the home, the Titanium brings a sharper beam in its illumination, along with class-leading lumen efficacy.
Bathing the front and sides of the walls, the Vespa Wall Light emits a soft upward glow in various rooms. With a minimalist design, the luminaire suits the general living area space, featured above doorways, and in the bathroom.
On the exterior front, there is a Concord Bollard Light to greet guests upon arrival, with the Emerald Spike Spotlight spreading an even, wayfinding illuminating to the back of the home. The Astro Fixed Two Wall Light also features in various places along the exterior of this home, delivering a two-directional warm white light.
This curated home by Chindarsi Architects exemplifies the various opportunities which lighting can indeed make, purely by its application. With a distinct focus on uplighting, this method showcases the effective way to improve the entire ambience of a room, while adding a unique influence to the entire space.
